SYDNEY, Aug 18 – New Zealand and Australia are bothtargeting big improvements after an error-strewn opening to theRugby Championship. The world champion All Blacks edged out the Wallabies 27-19at Sydney’s Olympic Stadium but the match was devoid of rhythm,with referee Alain Rolland whistling for 28 penalties andplayers on both sides fumbling the ball.
