KABUL (Reuters) – Reclusive Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar has urged insurgent fighters to “emphatically” avoid civilian deaths after a swathe of suicide bombings this week that killed 63 people, but said militants had successfully infiltrated security forces.
