Saudi's Mohammad Al Mojil to sue for over $100 million
KHOBAR, Saudi Arabia (Reuters) – Saudi Arabia’s Mohammad Al Mojil Group plans to start legal action to collect dues and claims worth more than 400 million riyals ($107 million), it said on Sunday. The company said it would take legal action against the Saudi unit of Britain’s Petrofac , Saudi Binladin Group, and South Korea’s SK Engineering and Construction , an affiliate of SK Holdings .
